SINGAPORE BIKEN's parent, Biken Techno Corporation was founded in 1963 and is headquartered in Osaka, Japan and over the years accumulated the wealth of diverse experiences and became the specialists in the management and maintenance of all types of real estate facilities.

Today, our services include consulting, leasing, marketing and management and maintenance of residential, commercial, industrial real estate and other support facilities for diversity of industries, namely: Hospitality, Healthcare, Financial Services, Logistic, Technology, Oil and Gas, Transportation and Automotive, Food & Beverages, MICE, and Higher Education.
